Life application-start information

The dedicated /life/ flow may collect legal identity and contact information, date of birth, residential address, and only the last four digits of a Social Security number so Dylan can initiate a life insurance application. That flow uses a separate same-origin server endpoint rather than the site’s ordinary lead-form service. The LIFE page is designed not to place those application details in URLs, advertising analytics, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or cookies.

The server validates and minimizes the submitted fields. Core applicant and contact information is encrypted in the protected producer queue. Carrier-required date of birth and last-four values are encrypted separately in a short-lived vault. Those two values are available to authorized agency staff for one protected reveal only, are automatically destroyed when the application is marked initiated, emailed, completed, or archived, and otherwise expire no later than 72 hours after submission. A follow-up-only choice sends no date of birth or Social Security digits.

The dedicated life endpoint may send a minimized follow-up projection to approved lead systems, but date of birth and Social Security digits are never included in AgencyZoom, CoverageFit, Formspree, advertising analytics, Slack, ordinary email, SMS, visible URLs, or browser storage. Queue access is restricted through Cloudflare Access and an agency producer allowlist. Hosting providers may process encrypted application-start data as necessary to operate the service, subject to their applicable agreements and controls.

Do not enter a full Social Security number, payment-card number, medical history, prescriptions, or other information not specifically requested by the dedicated life flow.
